Altitude about 4600', arid, alkaline, rocky soil.	All the photos were taken March 15.

Found in my yard. 3% grade, dry, well drained arid, alkaline soil, full sun. Gone to seed about May/June	This is a small grass - average height was about 4-6 inches.
