Holboel's Rockcress Arabis holboellii I found this by the boulders just a few yards in from the entrance of Bear Valley Rd.	The first two pictures were taken in early March.	This was taken about three weeks later.	Once this started to bolt, it didn't waste any time!! This is only one week after the last picture.	Flowers burst forth in the first week of April.

.	Prickly Lettuce Lactuca serriola syn Lactuca scariola		aka compass plant, horse thistle, milk thistle, wild lettuce, wild opium	These grow all over our front yard. The rosettes peek out in late March and start blooming in May/June. They continue to bloom throughout the summer.
