This plant's stalks would likely make a delightful paper, probably the entire plant like
the Dandelion; but they're so small.

There are a few on our property
and around Worden, but not enough to make a good batch of pulp. |

Toadrush
Juncus bufonius
|

More info |

This teensy rush is only about 3-4 inches tall.
|

As tiny as this rush is, it would probably take a whole apronful to have enough to make a
few sheets of paper! |

The first five photographs were taken July 7 at the Klamath Wildlife Reserve next to the
Monkey flower. |

By the first week of August these plants have changed color and fallen over. |
